What we collect

When you use idevolv we store the information you give us: your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), the ideas you enter, your answers to exploration questions, evidence and results you record, plans, tasks, budgets, and the availability and goals you share. We also record simple usage events — for example when you finish a step — so we can understand whether the product is working.

How your ideas are handled

Your ideas and everything you record about them are private to your account. Other founders cannot see them. Access is restricted at the database level to the account that created the information, and this is tested regularly. We do not sell your information and we do not use your ideas to advertise to you.

When AI is used

AI is used only in the advisor conversations and advisor-produced reviews you explicitly start. The guided Explore, Build, and Operate tools do not use AI and do not send your information to any AI service. When an advisor reply is generated, the relevant parts of your saved answers are sent to an AI provider through Lovable's AI gateway to produce that reply.

Service providers

idevolv runs on Lovable's platform, which provides hosting, the database, sign-in services, and the AI gateway used for advisor conversations. Your information is processed by these services in order to operate the product. Emails such as password resets are sent through Lovable's email service.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deletion removes your ideas, answers, evidence, plans, tasks, budgets, and sign-in account. Deletion is permanent, but it is not necessarily instant in every system: information may remain in encrypted backups until those backups rotate out of storage (daily backups are kept for roughly two weeks).
